McAfee - Pick a Location to Scan
Here you can pick a location to scan. Sometimes, all that is necessary to scan is a file, folder or just your email program for virus invasion. You can schedule a scan automatically but if it interferes with your work, then do this, just make sure you do a ALL FILE scan of ALL your hard drives at least once a week at a convenient time say, early before you start work.
